WESTHAM ZONE

West Ham will not be signing Manchester City Kalvin Phillips permanently amid a recent injury setback, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The journalist claims that the decision was made weeks ago and he’ll return to the Etihad with the Citizens open to solutions.

Leeds United are understood to be keen on re-signing the England international as it’s where he played his best football.

Romano wrote on Twitter: “Kalvin Phillips will surely leave West Ham at the end of the season, plan already decided weeks ago.

“Kalvin will be back to Manchester City with club open to solutions, including Leeds interest and more.
