Chelsea should land 15-point deduction after breaking rules – Kieran Maguire

Chelsea should be facing a 15-point deduction if their £77million PSR loophole is rejected by the Premier League.

That is the view of finance expert Kieran Maguire, who exclusively told Football Insider that Everton and Nottingham Forest are right to be “furious” at regulations being broken

Chelsea have appeared to avoid a breach of Profit and Sustainability Rules by selling two hotels to a sister company for a total of £76.5million.

Without the deal, the Londoners are at risk of breaching the regulations and facing a points deduction similar to Everton and Nottingham Forest.
