Bruno Fernandes leaves door open for Man Utd exit this summer

Bruno Fernandes offered update on his Manchester United future as he hinted at leaving the Premier League in the summer.

WHAT HAPPENED?

The Red Devils skipper has been the team’s standout performer in an otherwise disappointing season for the club that saw them crashing out of the Champions League group stage and failing to finish among the top-four teams in the Premier League. United, however, have managed to reach the FA Cup final and Fernandes is now focused on winning at least one title in the current campaign.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

A recent report from the Daily Telegraph claimed that the English giants are open to offers for most of their squad except for youngsters like Kobbie Mainoo, Alejandro Garnacho and Rasmus Hojlund. In the wake of the report, the Portuguese was asked about his future at Old Trafford to which he refused to give a definitive answer.
