Barcelona or Chelsea – who changed coaches more in last four years?

Chelsea has developed a reputation for its rapid turnover of head coaches, having appointed and dismissed six different managers in the past four years. This cycle of change included high-profile names such as Frank Lampard, Graham Potter, and Mauricio Pochettino. The club’s management seems to be in constant pursuit of a winning formula, reflecting a broader trend in football where managerial stability is increasingly rare.

Barcelona has also mirrored this pattern of frequent managerial changes. Since August 2020, the iconic club has seen four different managers take the helm, with the latest being Xavi. As Xavi exits, Hansi Flick is set to take over, marking another shift in leadership as Barcelona continues to seek success under new guidance.
